Karissa (“KP”) dropped out of Stanford at 19 to start a startup with friends. While the company failed, it sparked an interest in startups. After graduating, she was Head of Growth for a consumer app that grew from nothing to 10+ million users in one year and Head of Growth for Bolt, a 15-person seed-stage fintech startup that is valued at $11B. She was Love’s first employee and she is responsible for scaling the product and organization.
